Discusses work of a the task force charged with developing maintenance staffing guidelines for buildings technical trades. Developed a five level maintenance service matrix similar to that used in Custodial Staffing Guidelines. Committee encourages member participation in providing data to develop model for use as a staffing evaluation tool.
