There is a lot of information packed into a little over 100 pages. This is an excellent reference for senior facility officers; it outlines a set of princiiples to implement and follow for any large organization. The committee gathered to write this book was impressive. The data they had acces to, and the outcome of their work exncapsulated in the book, is impressive and dense. The Bookshelf column.
