Report of ASU's Effective & Innovative Practices award-winning activities. University Services launched a new Goals Program in February 2004 to manage and report on more than 75 division goals, using a Microsoft Access database that was converted to a Web application. Describes the user-friendly program and how it is able to measure progress, track for accountability, capture historical data, and produce automated reports, etc. Includes photo of staff members receiving their award check at the APPA 2007 meeting in Baltimore, Maryland in July.
