Reports on APPA's 2007 Effective & Innovative Practices Award Winners. The awards highlight creative programs and processes that enhance and transform service delivery, lower costs, increase productivity, improve customer service, generate revenue, or otherwise benefit educational institutions. Up to five EIP submissions are eligible each year for a cash award of $4,000, which is sponsored by Sodexho Campus Services. The institutional winners are Arizona State University, Grand Valley State University, University of California, Davis, University of Iowa, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Please search the library database by institutional name to locate entries on individual reports prepared by campus representatives.
