APPA News column item. Announces that 2007-08 APPA President Alan Bigger has left the University of Notre Dame and is now the director of facilities at Earlham College. Beginning October 1, 2007, APPA President-Elect Bill Elvey will be the associate director of facilities management at the University of Texas at Dallas, after leaving his position as assistant vice president for facilities at Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. Includes photos.
