"Enhancements Made to FPI Survey"

From the Editor column. Reports that APPA's Information and Research Committee have made enhancements to increase participation and improve the value of the 2006-07 Facilities Performance Indicators Survey. The FPI Survey is conducted annually, from late August to early November, with the resulting web-based FPI report published the following February. The questions and modules have been reduced, clarified, and logically tied to the four components of a balanced scorecard: financial measures, internal processes, innovation and learning, and customer satisfaction. Reviews additional enhancements and encourages participation.
