"Motivations for Energy Management"

Despite the many compelling reasons for campuses to implement an energy management program, such projects are rare because of the lack of understanding by the energy management team of administrators' primary motives and because projects are not adquately designed to specifically deliver on a primary motive or do not communicate their benefits in terms of the primary motive. Addresses these issues by identifying campus motives, designing an energy program to support them, and offering suggestions for improved project implementation. Tables present campus constituencies' energy management interests and energy management motivation evaluation form.
