Summarizes research conducted by the author for his master's degree in public policy and administration at California State University-Long Branch as well as under the aupices of APPA's Center for Facilities Research. Purpose of the study was to determine if the relative satisfaction of the end users has a correlation with the building's Facilities Condition Index. Concludes there is a statistically relevant relationship. Discusses the project's methodology, details results, and offers recommendations for improving use of the FCI calculation. Includes tables, references, and the survey used in the study.
