First of new column called Knowledge Builders. Describes the mission of APPA's Center for Facilities Research and its six definable outcomes. The sixth outcome--improving access to facilities research information--has resulted in this new column, which will provide the latest research results, reviews of data collections from the Facilities Core Data Survey and the Facilities Performance Indicators Report, and alert readers to publications and other research addressing critical issues that they face every day.
