"University of Colorado Takes First Place in Solar Decathalon"

APPA news item on the Department of Energy's 10-day Solar Decathalon competition, in which teams from 14 universities competed to build homes that blended aesthetics and modern conveniences with maximum energy production and efficiency. University of Colorado at Boulder came in first; University of Virginia won second place; and Auburn University took third.
