From the Editor column. Glazner pays tribute to longtime APPA member Charlie Jenkins who passed away November 4, 2004. He had served as president of APPA, the central region, and Texas APPA and received the Meritorious Service Award in 1992 and President's Award in 1991 and taught and wrote for APPA. Under his leadership, Saint Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas received the 1993 Award for Excellence in Facilities Management. Glazner provides quotes from an interview he had conducted with Jenkins in 1994 that demonstrate Jenkins' leadership and personal style. Includes photo.
