"Army Centralizes Facilities Management"

APPA news item. Beginning in fiscal year 2003, the Army will centralize facilities management under the Installation Management Agency, a new 200-person organization located at the Pentagon. Under this new agency, the Army will develop a plan to renovate, overhaul, or demolish every facility at least every 67 years.
