Discusses how APPA Education Committee surveyed membership to determine how changes in the Annual Meeting and Educational Conference might best benefit members. As a result, annual meeting name has been changed to Educational Facilities Leadership Forum and will focus on customer service, innovation and learning, internal process management, financial management, technology management, and knowledge management. Phoenix 2002 meeting will be first meeting to reflect new changes.
