Discusses the need for supervisory training as one of the largest for APPA members. In conjunction with Ogden Services Corporation, APPA has formed an alliance to develop and deliver a comprehensive supervisory training and development package specifically designed for the needs of facilities management employees. The training package includes leader's guide, participants workbook, and videotapes for off-the-shelf, in-house delivery of a full complement of supervisory skills from beginning to advanced.
