A total facilities management system addresses all logical areas within an organization and all of the major business functions within each area. The University of Virginia Facilities Management department recognized that each of their divisions had developed their own information/data systems and worked with a systems analyst to provide a new integrated, information system. Describes project objectives, overview, specific applications, development/implementation, and recommendations. Includes computer screen examples.
