Inside APPA article report that Meritorius Service Award winner and member of the Board of Directors, Nestor Hannibar Gurley, died in December 1989. Gurley was a former director of physical plant at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and retired from that position in March 1976. [please note, this is the complete article]
