Ready for a new challenge, and with more than two decades of transformative leadership experience within the educational facilities management sector, Agarwal starts his tenure at APPA as President and CEO. Agarwal’s leadership style was one of the many things that stood out and played a role in him being chosen for this dynamic and multi-faceted role. He is quoted to say: “The membership will inform our future decisions. The profession is morphing, and we typically won’t be able to rely on a single answer. We will need to adapt as the industry adapts.”
