A focus on human capital is key to creating and sustaining an organizational culture that fosters a sense of inclusion and belonging. When you ask a longtime facilities management employee why they have stayed with the organization, they will often describe a point in time when its culture was so rich that they felt as though it was like family. This article touches on what can be done to sustain such a rich culture.
