"Chapter 15: Team or Specialized Cleaning"
Author: Adams, Jim
Published In: Custodial Staffing Guidelines for Educational Facilities, second edition
Date: 1998

With team cleaning, different people clean the same space, but the timing of cleaning is systematically staggered so that employees are not in the same room at the same time.  Under the team cleaning approach, each member has specific duties within an area.  Provides examples of specialty tasks and their corresponding responsibilities and describes advantages and disadvantages of team cleaning, healthcare considerations, and staffing.
