Details the components of the pyramid, covering common terms and definitions, strategic priority indexes, mission dependency index, and asset priority index. Also discusses a suitability index, space utilization, life cost analysis, facility condition assessments, and total costs of ownership. Diagrams and other figures illustrate and further explain these concepts.
