Describes the Idea/Action Groups program, a new worker participation effort at Mount Holyoke College.  Its benefits have included reducing costs, improving efficiency, implementing new ideas, higher morale, and improved enthusiasm. Program begins with an Idea Group, which brainstorms how business can be done better, prioritizes ideas, and creates smaller Action Groups to implement the ideas. Covers the processes of forming the idea group, brainstorming, prioritizing, forming the action groups, and holding status review meetings.
