Explores current awareness of and attitudes related to minority populations and suggests these may not be sufficient.  Discusses the differences in values and psychological make-up in order to understand how to effectively use these in the workplace. Covers prejudices; presents the Racial/Cultural Identity Development Model, composed of 5 stages that oppressed people experience as they struggle to understand themselves in terms of their own culture, the dominant culture, and the oppressive relationship between the two; and discusses ethnical traits.
