Presentation at APPA's 83rd Annual Meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah. Provides information required to successfully implement and administer a DOC program should an institution desire to do so. Defines DOC as a competitively-bid, multiproject, construction and/or repair contract between a general contractor and owner, usually with a defined overall cost ceiling and/or within a designated dated range, based upon current prices from a nationally recognized cost estimating firm and/or bid-established fixed wages rates with Contractor profit and overhead percentage multipliers. Includes job order contract execution guide, bid price tabulation form, delivery order construction cost proposal form, and other figures.
