Presentation at APPA's 84th Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida.  The College of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Colorado is making a paradigm shift in the way undergraduate engineering students are educated; the new Integrated Teaching and Learning is an interdisciplinary program that integrates team-oriented, hands-on learning experiences throughout the engineering curriculum and engages students in the design process beginning in their first year.  Covers the cooperative effort by academic and facilities professionals to create the program.  Includes the building which houses the program, activities, and implementation strategies.
