At least 4 different levels of training are required to implement the type of O&M plan suggested in this manual: general awareness training; specialized two-day training for selected skills craftspersons and service personnel; mandatory 3 days of intensive, certified training conducted at EPA-approved training centers; and essential advanced training that selected key personnel undergo.
