Thought Leaders Report 2019: Innovation in an Age of Disruption [PDF]

This question is what drove the entire 2019 APPA Thought Leaders symposium as they explored the mechanics of innovation. This is a fully updated and revised software application that supplements APPA's popular publication, Operational Guidelines for Educational Facilities: Custodial, third edition. CleanOpsStaff-3ed includes the five APPA Appearance Levels, 33 standard room categories, custodial data in cleanable square feet (csf), and much more. The software is network-enabled, allowing real-time file sharing. CleanOpsStaff-3ed performs all the calculations of the Operational Guidelines: Custodial publication, generates reports, generates audit package with LEED Existing Building EQ credits calculation. In addition, you can export reports and other data to Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
Local variables and space categories may be configured to meet your local conditions. In addition to the 33 standard APPA space categories you can also create 15 local space categories. The basic package from APPA handles 5,000 records and is capable of handling all functions for small to medium sized organizations. Larger organization can upgrade the software to handle up 20,000 records in increments of 2,500 record from the software vendor.
