Brief APPA News item on the National Association of College and University Business Officers annual meeting, which will be held alongside the 2003 APPA Educational Facilities Leadership Forum at Gaylord Opryland Hotel, Nashville, Tennessee. To enhance what APPA and NACUBO already have to offer, joint programming tracks for facilities finance and planning, design, and construction have been developed for facilities and business officers.
