Recommends taking the same steps an outside firm would do, including investigating software that help manage maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other facilities services; developing communication program that encompasses management, faculty, other staff, and customers; enhancing training; improving safety performance; evaluating equipment; and emphasizing energy efficiency.
