"That's Not My Job"

If you are doing the job right, the facilities management department should be the "problem solver" on campus and not part of the problem iteself.  The days of "just doing my job" are gone, employees need to learn and appreciate the importance of making a visible contribution beyond the boundaries of immediate assignments.  Describes how making every employee accountable for the success of the entire department can improve their power and help the department.
