Measurement reliability is the assurance that the numerical quanity stated is the true representation of the actual value.  Describes the factors that affect this concept, including precision, accuracy, significant figures, and measurement error. The latter includes absolute error, gross error, random error, mathematical error, systematic error, physical error, and natural error.
