"Asbestos Suit Nearing Conclusion"

Eighteen years after a class action suit was filed, colleges and universities may soon receive reimbursement for a portion of the millions of dollars spent to remove asbestos from their facilities. Discusses draft guidelines proposed by the court-appointed steering committee. Lists steps to take so that an institution can prepare to recover some of the money spent on asbestos abatement, including determing whether institution opted out of the class action suit and documenting asbestos removal process.
