APPA News column item. Due to recent catastrophic fires at large public gathering spaces, the Fire Equipment Manufacturers' Association produced a video on CD-Rom that discusses portable fire extinguishers, codes, and standards relevant to public meeting spaces and assembly halls, and the benefits of these life-saving devices.
