"Facilities Manager Reaches 20 Years"

Acknowledges the 20th anniversary of the magazine, which first published in a Spring/Summer 1985 and included his article on the future of campus facilities management, an interview with Ed Boggard, Gene Cross, Lou Fackler, Harvey Kaiser, Mark Langford, and H.C. Lott. Notes that the magazine's constant has been helping members deal with change. Reports that the magazine will be conducting a readership survey to gather data on how to improve the design, content, and format of future issues, with a drawing from among the entrants for a palm pilot, an IPod, and a FranklinCovey organizer.
