Describes the POS--Washington State's Plant Operations Support Consortium, a group formed in 1996 by the state government to enhance public facilities stewardship and serve as a resource for solutions and opportunities. Program has allowed members to share no-longer-needed supplies with others who need them, provided professional development, researched member queries, and maintained a newsletter and website.
