Recognizes the three past APPA officers with exemplary leadership in facilities management who were named as the first APPA Fellows at APPA's 2004 Educational Facilities Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C.: Douglas K. Christensen, advocate in the Office of Administrative Solutions, Brigham Young University; William A. Daigneau, vice president for operations and facilities management, University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center; and Jack Hug, retired from the University of California, San Diego where he was assistant vice chancellor with responsibilities for campus facilities and auxiliary services. Includes requirements for APPA Fellow recognition, which include completion of an approved research project under APPA's Center for Facilities Research. Describes their research and leadership contributions to APPA. Excerpts from letters of recommendation describing each Fellow.
