"Rich Robben Receives 2004 Rex Dillow Award"

From the Editor column. Announces that Richard W. Robben, University of Michigan, received the 2004 Rex Dillow Award for Outstanding Article in Facilities Manager. APPA's Information and Research Committee selected Robbin's article for the award, which was presented at the 2004 APPA Forum in Washington, D.C. Robben's article, "Quality Measurement in a Facilities Management Environment," described a rethinking of the process by which quality is measured and delivered to the customer.
