Describes the Integrated Facilities Assessment (IFA), a communications tool used by the University of Rochester that provides a holistic, long-term view of the entire physical plant while identifying the specific and immediate needs of each program. The IFA identifies the demands for such issues as deferred maintenance, life safety, code compliance, accessiblity, hazardous material, information technology, and security, along with the integration of current and future program requirements.  Includes table.
