"Community College Tuition Increases"

APPA News column. Citing article in The Chronicle of Higher Education, reports that tuition for community colleges for the current academic year rose by 11.5 percent, according to a survey by the American Association of Community Colleges. The average tuition at public two-year colleges is $1,560 annually for full-time students.
