Gratto compares staying physically fit and healthy as similar to achieving success in other campus tasks: you need a definite goal at which to aim, a plan of action, and a way to monitor progress.  Reviews ways to lose weight through diet and exercise and stresses the necessity of evaluating actions, just as you would, for example, in reviewing customer service on campus.
