Reviews the rating system developed by Arizona univerisites to apply to safety, damage/wear out, codes standards, environment improvements, energy conservation and aesthetics categories within buildings and converting ratings into renewal costs. Explains Northern Arizona University's metho of organizing the infrastructure inventory and performing the inspection using a system of grids.
