"Skilled-Craft Training for Tomorrow"

At Purdue University West Lafayett campus, the process of tackling the challenge of providing relevant training to 30 different job classifications began with top management's philosophy and support for skills training. Process included skills inventory listing all the significant tasks that a craftsperson must be capable of performing on the job, 4 training phases, and results. Figures include buildings and grounds training milestone map and course design checklist.
